Middle Kids: 2021

Sydney’s Middle Kids — the trio of Hannah Joy, Tim Fitz and Harry Day — had one of the most dramatic breakthroughs in 2017, thanks to the group’s electrifying single “Edge of Town” and their self-titled EP. The trio, all former music teachers, first visited FUV’s Studio A in those early days, and again in 2018 with the release of their debut album, Lost Friends, which won the J Award for Australian Album of the Year.

Middle Kids' brand new, second album, Today We’re The Greatest, reflects significant life changes for Hannah and Tim — they're now married with an infant son. As one of the most exciting Australian bands making major inroads internationally, it was wonderful to welcome back Middle Kids for a "Marquee Live at Home" show — oceans and a day apart.
