Emma Murphy serves as a reporter and podcast host for WFUV News. She enjoys reporting on politics, social justice, and urban life in NYC. Emma is especially passionate about producing feature stories for the station’s Cityscape podcast. During her time in the Newsroom she also hosts the What’s What podcast and is the WFUV News correspondent reporting on music.

Emma is a senior at Fordham University majoring in Political Science and minoring in Journalism and Urban studies. After graduation she hopes to enroll in a Journalism graduate program in NYC.
