Tonight's "UKNY" at 11 p.m. revisits a recent FUV Live with Yola, whose second album, Stand For Myself, is the Bristol-born, Nashville-based singer's distillation of her past, her present, and most importantly, the far more hopeful future she hopes lies ahead. She is an effusive, eloquent conversationalist.  Stand For Myself is FUV's "New Dig."

Also, new releases from Isle of Wight's Lauran Hibberd, Sydney's The Nagging Doubts, Amsterdam's Pip Blom, and London's Public Service Broadcasting, whose forthcoming album, Bright Magic, is inspired by Berlin.

It's late night listening on "UKNY," Sundays 11 p.m. - midnight on 90.7, streaming online, and available in the Weekend Archives.
