Lo Moon made their first visit to FUV's Studio A in 2017, finding early momentum with their 2016 single, "Loveless." Since that debut FUV studio session, the Los Angeles quartet (they were initially a trio) has only grown in confidence and impact. They were also a part of our Holiday Cheer lineup seven years ago with a luminous three-song set, alongside heavy hitters Aimee Mann, Randy Newman and Jeff Tweedy.

In April of this year, Lo Moon released their third album, I Wish You Way More Than Luck, which confronts rocky, life-altering times, finding a fragile bridge between 9/11 and the 2020 pandemic. It's a stately, dreamy, and emotionally consequential collection of songs.

Those new songs were at the heart of a spring Marquee Member concert with Lo Moon at Pianos NYC on the Lower East Side with bassist/keyboardist Crisanta Baker, guitarist Sam Stewart, drummer Sterling Laws (who has since left the band), and singer and songwriter Matt Lowell. Watch videos to three of those songs the band played in their nine-song set: "Borrowed Hills," "Waiting a Lifetime," and  "Water."
