Happy 20 Years, Rita!

Rita Houston likes few things better than to throw a great party, so that's what had to happen to celebrate her 20th anniversary on the air at WFUV (here's the backstory).  Our fine friends at City Winery came up with the idea and provided the venue, we slated it for Friday, April 11, 2014, and Rita filled the night with live music, favorite songs and special guests.

Good friend Ellena Osis (with RED Artist Development) brought a surprise gift:  Video greetings from some of Rita's favorite artists. You've got to admit, they're a bunch of seriously creative folks in front of a camera.
