As summer fades, the sun rises on a new season ahead — so on "UKNY" at 11 p.m. tonight, an encore celebration of solar grandeur in all guises: setting, rising, and eclipsed. The mix includes Sault, Teenage Fanclub, Saint Etienne, Jane Weaver, Obongjayar, and much more.
