It's CMJ Music Marathon week and anyone walking down Ludlow Street or Bedford Avenue has probably run into scores of tired and hungover musicians, lugging their amps and guitars to their next venue as they run a gauntlet of gigs. Tonight on UKNY at 11, I'll play a small fraction of some of the British bands that have been sprinting between Manhattan and Brooklyn this week, like The Big Moon (pictured), Outfit, Stealing Sheep, and Yak.

Also, some non-CMJ new releases from Nottingham's Field Studies, influential punk musician, activist and BBC host Tom Robinson and more.

A reminder to check out FUV Live at CMJ sets too, which includes the US debut of Liverpool's Hooton Tennis Club.

Out watching some CMJ shows yourself tonight? You can catch up to UKNY on demand in the FUV weekend archives up to two weeks after broadcast.
