UKNY For October 15
Last year, Scottish composer C Duncan was nominated for a Mercury Prize for his gorgeous 2015 debut album, Architect. Yesterday, he released his second album, The Midnight Sun, and it's just as beautiful — a dreamy, autumnal sojourn.
Tonight on UKNY at 11, we'll hear a track from his lovely record, plus new music from another returning Mercury Prize nominee, Kate Tempest, Devon's Matthew and Me, Glasgow's jubilant Teen Canteen (pictured) and North Yorkshire's Billie Marten.
Sidetracked by "Saturday Night Live?" You can stream UKNY in the FUV Weekend Archives for two weeks after broadcast.
