It's been a very sad week for Scottish music and on UKNY at 11 tonight, a song to remember the kind, gifted, and hilariously cussy Scott Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit who tragically chose to depart the world long before we were ready to let him go.

Also, brand new releases from Belfast's arresting Naomi Hamilton, who records as Jealous of the Birds,  Leeds' psychedelic pop-punks Hookworms, and two very different bands from Manchester — Bethlehem Casuals and Whyte Horses.

Missed the show? Catch up to UKNY on demand in the FUV Weekend Archives.

Songs played:

1. Nadine Shah, “Mother Fighter,” Holiday Destination
2. Jealous of the Birds, “Plastic Skeletons,” The Moths of What I Want Will Eat Me In My Sleep EP
3. Hookworms, “Ullswater (radio edit),” Microshift
4. Gaz Coombes, “Walk the Walk,” World’s Strongest Man
5. Margot, “Desensitised,” single
6. Bethlehem Casuals, “Oh Baby,” Feels on Wheels
7. Orchards, “Love You 2,” single
