New releases abound on tonight's "UKNY" at 11 p.m. The Icelandic-British trio Dream Wife, headed to SXSW later this month, release their third album, Social Lubrication, on June 9 — and have witty and wise words of advice (that are always ignored).

Voice Notes is the beautiful debut album of Stratford-born, Nottingham-based Yazmin Lacey, a longtime presence on the UK's jazz scene, and I'll return to a cool, late-night track from the album, which came out on Friday.

Also, Dublin-bred Fontaines D.C. cover Nick Drake, the first single from a forthcoming tribute, The Endless Coloured Ways: The Songs of Nick Drake. Melbourne's Gena Rose Bruce collaborates with one of her songwriting heroes,  Bill Callahan, and London's mui zyu (pronounced moo-jew) of the band Dama Scout, releases a solo album with an unforgettable title: Rotten Bun for an Eggless Century. She's bound for SXSW too.

All that and more on "UKNY," Sundays 11 p.m. to midnight, on 90.7 FM, streaming online, and in the Archives after broadcast.
