Next week, thousands of musicians will descend on Austin, Texas for the organized chaos known as SXSW's music festival (and yes, FUV will be there too). On UKNY at 11, I'll preview some of the British and international bands that will be making that March trek to play innumerable showcases and day parties while inhaling cheap tacos and craft beer — like Brighton's Our Girl, Glasgow's Catholic Action, London's Wyldest and Tongan-New Zealander Noah Slee.

Also, something from Jon Hopkins who returns with his second solo album Singularity on May 4—his first since 2013's Mercury Prize-nominated Immunity. And we'll hear a deeper track from Tracey Thorn's Record, this week's FUV New Dig.

Missed the show? Catch up on UKNY on demand immediately after broadcast, for up to two weeks, in the Weekend Archives.
