London's Ezra Collective was the first jazz act to ever win the Mercury Prize last year, for their second album, 2022's Where I'm Meant to Be, and on September 27, they'll release their third album, Dance, No One's Watching. On tonight's "UKNY" at 11 p.m., the latest single drawn from that autumn-scheduled album, which features another rising jazz artist, Yazmin Lacey (who did a Five Essential Albums for FUV last year). Ezra Collective play a free Central Park SummerStage concert on Sunday, July 7, as part of the Blue Note Jazz Festival.

The South London-based trio Honeyglaze have teased their second album, Real Deal, with a searing new single while Fontaines D.C.'s second drop off of their forthcoming Romance might be the prettiest bit of pop confection they've ever recorded. I'll also have fresh releases from Manchester's Pale Waves, rising UK jazz artist Tammie, and a twangy, countrified love song from The Japanese House's Amber Bain. Also, King Hannah (playing Elsewhere on July 2), Lucy Rose, Peggy Gou and more.

That's "UKNY," 11 p.m.-midnight, on 90.7 FM, streaming online and in the Archives after broadcast.
