Sean Kiely: The Loft at City Winery 2026

Jersey City's Sean Kiely, who is a proud  "NY Slice Sessions" alum, had a pretty nice support slot recently, opening for Iron & Wine's Sam Beam at The Loft at City Winery for an FUV Live concert. Kiely has also opened for Richard Thompson at White Eagle Hall in the past.

In Kiely's five-song set of bright, shimmering, acoustic folk, he brought a thoughtful tenderness to songs that included his recent "This Is the Year" (the 2026 studio recording features Kaia Kater) and 2025's "Mother Tongue." Watch videos of those performances below. He also worked in a Woody Guthrie cover, "I Ain't Got No Home in This World."
