Bob Sherman, the long-time host of Woody's Children, passed away on June 27 at the age of 90. He debuted the program on WQXR in 1969 with guest Pete Seeger. Over the years, Judy Collins, Odetta, Peter, Paul & Mary, Christine Lavin, John Gorka and countless other folk singers would follow.
