Rebounder: NY Slice Session 2024

Rebounder is an exceptionally talented New York City band. They are so New York that they even came to Studio A with their own "I Love NY" neon sign!

The band — brothers Dylan (vocals) and Noah Chenfeld (bass), Cobey Arner (drums), and Zack Kantor (guitar)—  began in Dylan's head when he was about 11 years old.  To accommodate all of that music swirling around his thoughts, he began learning instruments and production to help get those songs out of his brain and into the world.

Dylan has toured as a musician with other bands (Yeek, Blonder) and produced other people's music too, but his main goal has always been to make Rebounder songs. He is very calculated about releasing the group's music. It won't be made public unless the song is great — and every song they have put out really is incredible, matching his perfectionism. I genuinely love every song of theirs that I've heard and I'm shocked that they are not signed yet: record companies, take note!

They've supported Phoenix, Last Dinosaurs, and Coin — and their own headlining tours too. Rebounder picked two songs — "All Strings Attached" and "Sunset Vision" — for our "NY Slice Session."
