Philip Selway - FUV Live - 2014

Already known for his drumming and background vocal work with Radiohead, Philip Selway is finally being recognized for his songwriting talents. In 2010, he released his solo debut, Familial, which was a stirring set of largely acoustic-based songs. He is back now with his sophomore effort, Weatherhouse, and the new album shows the great growth and depth of his musicianship. The new album has a much broader sonic palette with more layers and textures than that of his previous solo work. The record actually feels like a natural extension of the Radiohead sound.
