Adam Weiner of Low Cut Connie really is a one-man-band, and he was game to give a Zoom concert a go for WFUV. A born entertainer, he can work the virtual crowd like his actual piano, and FUV Marquee Members showed their appreciation with smiles in the tiles.

Weiner gave a preview of Low Cut Connie's forthcoming album Private Lives (due out in October) and also reworked the band's older "Shake It Little Tina" as a full-on fishnets salute to Ms. Turner.  The late great King of Rock and Roll, Little Richard, was also honored with a tear through "Rip It Up."

Setlist:

  • Private Lives
  • Help Me
  • Look What They Did
  • Rip It Up
  • Shake It Little Tina
  • Beverly
