It's Paul Cavalconte, in for Corny O'Connell today. Thomas Edison was granted a patent for his incandescent electric lamp on January 27, 1880. To celebrate that lit fact for Question of the Day, tell me your favorite songs about light, in all forms.

I'll get to a set after 9 a.m.

Songs played:

1. Rolling Stones, "Shine A Light"
2. The Smiths, "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out"
3. Maggie Rogers, "Light On"
4. Todd Rundgren, "I Saw The Light"
