Bio

Laufey Lín Jónsdottír, who records as Laufey, is an Icelandic-Chinese singer, songwriter, and pianist with a knack for writing witty songs that have a jazzy feel, but with a pop sensibility. Think Norah Jones or Randy Newman, but addressing Gen Z worries. Her 2021 debut EP, Typical of Me, made her a sensation — as did TikTok — and she releases her debut album in 2022.
