Dean Wareham - FUV Live - 2014

After making music for almost 30 years with his bands Galaxie 500, Luna and Dean and Britta, Dean Wareham has finally put out a solo album. Fans of any of his previous bands will definitely appreciate this new record. Lyrically, the songs feature poignant observations about life delivered with wit and charm, and sonically the arrangements have a hazy and somewhat psychedelic feel. Dean recently stopped by Studio A to share some of the new songs (and a classic Luna song!) and talk with me about the new record.
