I welcomed singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Dean Friedman to "Mixed Bag" recently. Friedman played the Boulton Center for the Performing Arts in October.
It's nearly 50 years since the release of Friedman's 1977 hit single, "Ariel," which brought fame to his native Paramus, but Friedman has released many, many albums since that time. Last year, a compilation, More Words & Music, was released.
