Cavalcade for October 18

"Cavalcade" at 4 p.m. rakes a pile of autumn leaves to reveal some good new nuts: a fresh Bleachers track and David Byrne's song for a new documentary about a certain zillion-illion-aire. (Spoiler: his take on the subject won't surprise you.)
Also, rare old Elton John tapes include his unexpected cover of a great one-hit wonder of the early '70s. Robert Plant gives vocalist Suzi Dian the center stage in his Saving Grace project. And more from breakout vocalist Isabella Isherwood's album debut, this time a fresh setting for a Dylan chestnut.
The perfect soundtrack for a Sunday leaf-peeping jaunt!
That's "Cavalcade," Sundays from 4-7 p.m. on 90.7FM, streaming online, and in the Archives after broadcast.
