"Cavalcade"'s new 4-7PM time slot is fully bathed in Daylight Savings Time light with a celebratory set of song favorites to catch the rays, and a new take on The Velvet Underground's "Who Loves the Sun" by Matt Berninger and Rosanne Cash is in keeping with that.

Another fine teaming brings Rodney Crowell, Emmylou Harris and Lera Lynn together for "Go Light A Candle." Peter Gabriel keeps his date with the full moon of each month of 2026, offering up "What Lies Ahead" as his third entry in the series.

England's Temples get groovy on the new "Jet Stream Heart," and Pat Metheny fills a spacious sound canvas with pastel shades of color on his latest, "Make A New World." With lots of sun-season Sundays ahead, "Cavalcade" winds down the weekend on long rides home and lazy afternoons of leisure.

That's "Cavalcade," Sundays 4-7p.m. on 90.7FM, streaming online, and in the Archives after broadcast.
