Today's Easter Sunday edition of "Cavalcade" at 4 p.m. will feature a few fun musical egg hunts, along with a yellow-ribbon basket of new treats.

Nick Cave joins Flea on his outstanding new album of moody jazz-flavored originals, but their collaboration is the Jimmy Webb classic "Wichita Lineman."

Joe Jackson's Hope and Fury album will be released this month, and Joe will take us track-by track when he visits "Cavalcade" for the occasion. Until then, a sneak leak of a new track, "I'm Not Sorry," finds Joe dialing up the attitude as well as the musicality that made his early albums so memorable.

New offerings by Teddy Thompson, Meels, and Milk Carton Kids foreshadow their forthcoming appearances on the show in coming weeks.

New York-based gospel singer turned R&B belter Michelle David teams with The True Tones for the new "Soul Woman," and Jack White presents a first-time release of a most unusual take on a Stevie Wonder song, dating from his one-time appearance on "The Muppet Show."

As it's the first Sunday of the month, the "Cavalcade" Golden Anniversary LP Crate Dig rifles through April 1976 album releases, with now-classics by The Ramones, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, and Bob Seger among the spoils.

Listen from 4-7 p.m. on 90.7FM, streaming online, and in the Archives after broadcast.
