Meghan is FUV's Production Director and an award-winning audio journalist. During her time as the Production Director, she's helped launch the two-way music interview podcast, "FUV Live Sessions." She also produced WFUV's long-form audio specials, "Sounds of Progress" and "Come Together: Queer Songwriters on Identity." In addition to crafting the audio elements you hear on air between the music, she runs the Student Audio Production Program and trains undergraduate and graduate students for careers in multimedia journalism and production. 

She started at FUV as the part-time News Editor in 2022, where she handled the production of our daily news podcast, "What's What." She also reported and produced two award-winning stories during this time. In 2023, she won the Gracie Award for best Reporter/Correspondent for her story, "No More 24." In 2024, she won the PMJA Enterprise Award for her story, "The Contribution." 

She is a graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and a freelance journalist, audio producer, and podcast engineer. She got her start in audio when she created and co-hosted the podcast, "How to Save the World." Before that, she played pretend on stage for a living. 

When she isn't producing audio stories, she volunteers at the Queens Animal Care Center walking shelter dogs, cooks elaborate meals from scratch and helps teach people about sustainability and environmentalism.
