Although Carrie Shepard and Lawrence Daversa are strictly a musical couple, their chemistry is palpable. Lawrence's reverb-laden guitar playing, with its rockabilly echoes, complements Carrie's sultry vocals and noirish songs.
As The Whiskey Charmers, the Detroit-based duo has earned awards and critical raves, but hasn't toured extensively on the East Coast, making it a pleasure to welcome them to Studio A.
