Warren Zevon - Words and Music - 2007

Warren Zevon was one of the greats at blending song and satire, but he also had an understated side as well. The album Life'll Kill Ya features a little bit of both, as does my final interview with Warren.

It was recorded back in January of 2000, and includes performances of "Porcelain Monkey," "Don't Let Us Get Sick," and "Lawyers, Guns and Money." We revisit it here on the occasion of Zevon's birthday.
