You wouldn't expect a young, blue-eyed Swedish woman to morph into a Cajun street parade right before your eyes, but Theresa Andersson has the talent. Embracing New Orleans with a bear hug many years ago, this one-woman band mixes gospel, horns, percussion and loops (think tUnE-yArDs at Mardi Gras) and she's back with a new album, called Street Parade.
