We're going to play some underground music on this anniversary of the opening of New York City's first subway line. On this date in 1904 New Yorkers began riding around in a hole in the ground, and ever since there have been songs about it. Share a favorite track about the metro and we'll map out a set after 9 a.m.

UPDATE Today's set:

Duffy "Warwick Avenue"

Soft Cell "Down in the Subway"

Simon & Garfunkel "The Sound of Silence"

Bandits on the Run "Love in the Underground"

The Washington Squares "D Train"
