Tonight at sundown New Yorkers will be positioning themselves for a view of the sunset known as Manhattanhenge. A couple of times each year the sun lines up with the east-west cross streets of Manhattan to create great views of the sunset. To mark the ocassion let's have your favorite songs about the sun (bonus points for sunset songs). We'll spin a set after 9am.

Here's what we played:

Jack Johnson "Sunsets for Somebody Else"

Lucinda Williams "Big Red Sun Blues"

Van Morrison "When That Evening Sun Goes Down"

John Hiatt "Lipstick Sunset"

Gordon Lightfoot "Sundown"
