Searching
Google is celebrating its 23rd birthday today. The world's most popular search engine was founded by a couple of Stanford University doctoral students back in 1998. Before then if you wanted to find something on the web, you had to walk five miles in the snow to get to Lycos or AltaVista. Searching is so much easier now. You can even search for songs about searching. That's what we're looking for today. Leave your search results below and we'll spin a set after 9 a.m.
Here's what we played:
Patsy Cline "Walkin' After Midnight"
The Coasters "Searchin'"
Wreckless Eric "Whole Wide World"
Tom Waits "(Looking For) The Heart Of Saturday Night"
Robert Palmer "Looking For Clues"
