Question of the Day: Ain't That a Kick in the Pants?

We've all made those phone calls we regret.  And who among us hasn't made the dreaded "butt dial."  Better than drunk-dialing, perhaps, but now the city reports that MOST of its 911 calls are pocket dials--ten thousand or so a day.  So did your butt dial just endanger somebody's life?
