Plans for Historic Post Office Signal Change in South Bronx

A historic post office in the South Bronx will soon be transformed into a mix of offices, retail and restaurants. Bronx Post Place is set to open later this year. But, as WFUV’s Mario Nicastro reports the project is being greeted with mixed opinion.
