NPR's Scott Detrow has covered many beats during his years in public broadcasting, including the White House, Congress, the 2025 papal conclave, the Ukraine-Russia war, and more.
He’s also a co-host of the long-running “All Things Considered." But before he was a host at NPR, he was a Fordham student and a reporter for WFUV News.
In a new interview, Detrow talks about his journey from the Bronx to NPR, and what he’s learned in public media along the way.
