New Jersey Senate to Vote on Bag Ban Bill

The New Jersey State Senate is planning to vote on a bill Thursday that would ban single-use plastic and paper bags as well as Styrofoam take-out containers. But as WFUV's Mia Tommins reports, some organizations are not in support of the bill.
