Max Hatt and Edda Glass met in Montana over a shared love of bossa nova. Now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the duo journeys through the landscape of jazz and folk with Hatt's atmospheric guitar playing and the landscape of the West with Glass's literate lyrics.

As winners of the 2014 NewSong Competition they were able to work with Pat Sansone, Wilco's frequent producer, on their album, Ocean of Birds.
