Madisen Ward and The Mama Bear: City Winery 2015

In a time where the art of making music is often homogenized and overproduced, it's refreshing to hear something that's authentic and real. That sums up the music of Madisen and Ruth Ward perfectly.  

With the release of their debut album Skeleton Crew, the mother-and-son duo have had a quite a year on the road, doing the late night circuit and opening shows from everyone from The Tallest Man on Earth to Pixies. Their performance at City Winery was warm, inviting and full of good vibes.
