Karl Wallinger has had a long and (mostly) enviable career — first with The Waterboys, and since the late '80s as the mastermind behind the alt-pop wonder-band World Party.

After a health scare, Karl has now mined the band's 25-year history to put together a gorgeous 5-disc, 70-song collection from World Party called Arkeology, and he came by FUV to talk through it with me.
