Halftime Interview with Frank Scagliotta, NCAA MBB Regional Advisor

During halftime of Fordham's 79-69 win over Florida A&M, WFUV's James Corrigan sat down and chatted with Frank Scagliotta of the NCAA. Scagliotta, who has been an official for the NCAA for 35 years, now holds the title of Regional Advisor, and travels to games around the Northeast evaluating officials on their officiating.
