The daughter of touring musicians, Gabrielle Louise is a writer of poetry, prose, and songs from Colorado. Her inspirations include early Joni Mitchell, Eva Cassidy, and Dylan Thomas. She's also a painter and environmental activist who delivered a TEDx talk on "The Breath of Experience."

We shared stories and laughter in this session, in which she performed songs from her latest album, If the Static Clears, accompanied by guitarist Dave Kaye, You can hear more when she performs at Rockwood Music Hall on March 14th as part of "On Your Radar."
