Our guest is Kerlyne Colin, Director of Equity and Special Projects at The Children’s Village, a New York-based nonprofit, private child welfare organization. She talked with us about how the child welfare system disproportionately affects Black and Brown families, and the work that Children’s Village does to help combat this.
