Happy Cinco de Mayo! Cinco de Mayo is not just an excuse to sell Corona Beer and Tostitos. It's a celebration of the victory by Mexican forces over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. It's also our excuse to request your favorite song in Spanish (Mexican roots preferred). We'll spin a set after 9am.

Here's what we played:

The Iguanas "Oye Isabel"

Calexico "Cumbia de Donde"

Ozomatli "Cumbia de los Muertos"

Ritchie Valens "La Bamba"

Los Lobos "Mas y Mas"
