A British Invasion Afternoon

The British Invasion comes to my show this afternoon as we welcome Denny Laine and Peter Asher to the FUV studios. Denny Laine recalls his time with Paul McCartney's Wings, performs his classic Moody Blues version of "Go Now," and gives us a preview of his show tonight in Asbury Park. Then Peter Asher and his band revisit his hits with Peter and Gordon (including "World Without Love"), and talk about Peter's show, A Musical Memoir of the '60s and Beyond—coming to The Iridium this Sunday afternoon and evening. I'll feature Denny just after the 4pm news as part of our weekly Beatles Fab Foursome, and welcome Peter later in the 5pm hour.
