You may be noticing more feathered friends passing through these days. That's because we're in peak migration season for a variety of birds. Be on the lookout for the purple finch, ruby-crowned kinglet and the red-breasted nuthatch here in the New York area. What songs come to mind that mention birds? There's a whole gaggle to choose from. Lay a few in the comments below and we'll spin a set after 9am.
