Austin Plaine is a 24-year-old singer-songwriter from Minneapolis with a gift for storytelling and memorable melodies who released his self-titled debut album earlier this year.
He came to Studio A to perform songs from the album (including "Your Love," which was used in a MasterCard commercial) and to talk about the Minneapolis music scene, the influence of Bob Dylan and Ryan Adams, and the decision to abandon a law career for music.
