Holiday Cheer: Announcement

Like you, all of us at WFUV were excited that Holiday Cheer for FUV 2024 was right around the corner — but sometimes life abruptly steps in and rearranges even the best laid plans. Due to a family emergency over the past week, The Head and the Heart have been forced to cancel their remaining tour dates this autumn, including Holiday Cheer for FUV at the Brooklyn Paramount on December 11.

Rather than moving forward without our headlining artist, we've chosen to cancel Holiday Cheer for FUV for this year and we send The Head and the Heart our gratitude, abundant well wishes, and hope for their speedy return to the road in 2025.

If you purchased tickets for Holiday Cheer for FUV you will be contacted regarding refunds via email by Ticketmaster and Live Nation.

Our warmest thanks to all of the artists and bands who were to be a part of what would have been a stellar night: The Head and the Heart, Margo Price, Bartees Strange, Infinity Song, Kathleen Edwards (for our VIP party), and the host with the most, Low Cut Connie's Adam Weiner.

We'd also like to thank Live Nation, the Brooklyn Paramount, Sound Mind Live, and our sponsors, Little Pub and Surfside Hotel, for their support.

WFUV is looking forward to returning in 2025 with another benefit concert — and we hope to see you there.
