Drunk Dave Matthews Band Fans:1 - Cops:0

Travis Peterson, 19,  of Dixon, Illinois knew he was too drunk to drive home after a Dave Matthews Band concert south of Milwaukee.  However, cops refused to let him sleep it off in his car outside the venue, as the parking lot was closing.  After Travis left the lot, cops arrested him for drunken driving.  At his trial the teen claimed the police entrapped him, but the judge wouldn’t hear it.  Now Wisconsin’s 2nd District Court of Appeals has allowed Travis’ defense.   To be continued...
