Thailand Challenges U.S. for World's Hippest Leader

In a thinly veiled attack on president-elect Barack Obama’s status as World’s Hippest Leader, Thailand’s new prime minister announced last night that his favorite bands include Oasis, The Killers and Last Shadow Puppets.  Abhisit Vejjajiva, 44, who took office last month, told reporters that he also likes Metallica and Guns ‘n Roses.  Whereas, Barack Obama’s favorites include Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Johann Sebastian Bach (cello suites), and The Fugees.  Seems Joe Biden nailed it back in October when he predicted, “Mark my words, it will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama.”
