Spearhead Shows Were Special

Michael Franti & Spearhead played two inspiring, uplifting shows at the Nokia Theater this past Friday and Saturday night.  Cherine Anderson from Jamaica amped up the dancehall numbers and was a sensational compliment to MF who writes tremendous, moving anti-war songs.  Openers Solillaquists of Sound - a genre expanding hip hop act made up of two married couples - were compelling as well.  More pictures here.
