That Steve Lipski Is a Real Pisser!

What are your concert pet peeves? People woohooing at inappropriate times? Talking on their cell phones? How about peeing on you from the balcony? That’s what Jersey City Councilman Steve Lipski has been charged with doing at The 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. while a Grateful Dead tribute band played on Friday night. In his defense, club staffers say he was “very drunk.” Now I won’t get so upset the next time I’m at a show and someone spills beer on me.
